It is hardwearing enough to have a mean time between failures of 20,000 hours and a print volume of 133 million lines. While the printer is durable, it is only compatible with several Windows operating systems which can be limiting in certain situations.

Design
The Epson DFX-9000 is a wide-format printer that measures 70 x 37.8 x 36.3 cm. Loading and aligning the paper is a simple process and allows for accurate results. With the aid of an ink ribbon, the Epson DFX-9000 is capable of producing a print resolution of 240 x 144 dpi.
